Shipping Policy


Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Orders received will be processed immediately and will generally be shipped on the next business day.

Standard Shipping

• Most goods are shipped from warehouses by UPS or USPS.

• Standard shipping charges are based on the shipping address of each item.

• Most items are shipped from the warehouse by UPS or USPS within 4–7 business days.

• Ordered items cannot be shipped to the PO Box.

Express processing

• Express delivery to all destinations within 2-3 days.

• Most items are shipped on the same day of order.

• Ordered items cannot be shipped to the PO Box.

After the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation notice with the package tracking number. You can view the shipment status of your package by clicking on the tracking number or by logging into the UPS/USPS website. Package tracking information requires 1-2 business days to update after shipping.

* Returns and Refunds *

We strive to provide our customers with the best products and services. Our goal is to establish a good relationship with our customers to achieve complete customer satisfaction.

We accept the return request within 14 days. The date starts from the shipping date on the order. Please be sure to send an email to [[email protected]] to confirm the refund details before you return. Under normal circumstances, we are not responsible for paying any return (including shipping, etc.), excluding return due to product quality problems.

The original receipt must be included in the returned package in order to confirm ownership. The customer is required to pay for the shipping service of their own choice. After contacting our customer service, the customer service department will provide you with an address where the package can be mailed.

The returned product must be in the original packaging and the product is in good condition so that a full refund may be issued. Any product that is opened, used or damaged will not receive a full refund.

We aim to provide our customers with high quality products, but if you find that the products you receive are defective, please let us know immediately. We will refund or replace the product as soon as possible after we receive the returned products from you.

Within 14 days from the date the product is shipped, the customer is required to notify us of any discrepancies or defects. After the return process begins, we will notify the customer via email that the refund has been confirmed. However, if it exceeds 14 days, we will not accept requests for return or exchange.

Non-material electronic products such as e-books cannot be refunded or returned.

In the description of the product, the goods that have been clearly marked as "cannot be returned" cannot be returned or refunded.

Health care products will not be returned or exchanged. So please make careful decision before buying.
